Your hoursQuestion 1 of 3

How many production hours are your crews scheduled for in a typical week?

The estimated hours your scheduling or routing system shows, across all maintenance crews in one branch.

hours

Assumes a 40-week season. weeks

What does an hour of crew time cost you?

Direct labor per crew member. Apply your own burden and overhead later; the hours are the value, the loading is yours.

$per hour

And what does an hour of production bill, on average?

Maintenance revenue divided by scheduled production hours. Optional: skip it and we'll leave the revenue line out.

Your found capacity

0hours a season

Ten percent of your scheduled production hours, back in your hands.

  • Direct labor on those hours—
  • Capacity created, every week—
  • What those hours would bill—

14.2% is the one number we've measured, not modelled. Labor-hour improvement on a first branch, confirmed against the customer's own ERP actuals.

How this is worked out
  1. Season hours: your weekly hours multiplied by your weeks in season (monthly hours use weeks divided by 4.33; a season figure is used as entered).
  2. Hours found: season hours multiplied by 5, 10 or 15 percent. An illustration of a swing, not a promise of one.
  3. Direct labor: hours found multiplied by your hourly crew cost. Add your own burden.
  4. Capacity: the same hours per week, crew time you already pay for that could go to more properties on the same trucks and payroll.
  5. What they'd bill: hours found multiplied by your revenue per hour, if you gave one.
  6. Nothing leaves your browser. The only figure that is ours is the 14.2 percent, a measurement from one branch, not a forecast for yours.
